The Small Business Legal Plan is designed to give you and your small business access to quality legal services at the most affordable rate possible. Once enrolled, you immediately become eligible to use the benefits, and you can contact a plan attorney right away. Our attorneys will provide sound legal advice and will assist you with any legal issues that your business may have. Following are the FREE services and huge discounts that you will receive:

 No-Fee Legal Services  (FREE!)

• Phone Consultations and Legal Advice:  You'll receive FREE phone consultations with a licensed attorney in your area for any new legal matters related to your business. There is no limit to the number of legal matters that can be introduced, so you can contact the attorneys as many times as needed.
• In-Office Consultation and Legal Advice: If you would prefer to discuss your situation in person, our attorneys will meet with you in their office at no charge for any new legal matters.
• Contract and Document Reviews: At no charge, our attorneys will review contracts and documents (up to 10 pages) for any new legal matters, and they will provide you with sound legal advice to help you avoid any unforeseeable problems. (Limit 5 per month)
  
• Attorney Correspondence and Assistance with Disputes: If you are having problems with another party, perhaps a letter or phone call from an attorney would help you get the action you need and deserve. At no charge, our attorneys will make a phone call or draft a letter to the other party on your behalf to demand corrective action and resolve the issue. (Limit 2 phone calls and 3 letters per month)
• Debt Collection Letters : Our attorneys will send up to 10 initial debt collection letters each month on behalf of your business to help recover past due accounts or monies owed.
• Registered Agent Service: Your business may need a registered agent, especially if it is incorporated in another state. Included with the plan, our attorneys will serve as the registered agent in the state where your business is incorporated... FREE of charge!

 Contingency Fee Discounts
    If your business has a lawsuit or claim against another party, it may be able to be
    handled on a contingency fee basis with no upfront fees. If this is the case, our
    attorneys will offer huge discounts. In collection matters, the attorneys will accept an
    incredibly low fee of just 18% if the case is settled before formal court proceedings
    begin. After proceedings begin, the fee is just 27%. On all other contingency matters,
    you will receive a 10% reduction off of the state maximum rate or the attorney's usual
    rate, whichever is lower.

 Other Legal Services Just $89 per hour (out-of-court)
    In the event that your business needs any additional legal services beyond those listed
    above, our plan attorneys will never charge more than $89 per hour for out-of-court
    representation or $109 per hour for in-court representation. That's a huge savings
    considering that the national average is nearly $200 per hour.
